The “Deadpool” star is set to spearhead the promotional campaigns for the Italian fashion company and will appear as part of their forthcoming advertising campaigns.
Founded back in 1975 by Italian designer, Giorgio Armani, the luxury brand said that Ryan Reynolds was the right choice to promote their fragrances because Ryan “embodies the modern sensuality of the Armani Code man”.
Reynolds will appear in their first of many advertising campaigns for “Armani Absolu” this coming February 2019 which was directed by American Emmy Award winning director, Reed Morano, with photography shots taken by fellow American photographer, Matthew Brookes.
Armani Code was first introduced back in 2004 and has continued to rank in the top 10 men’s fragrances sold worldwide. It’s described by Armani as being “the modern embodiment of self-fulfilment and personality, of a man who effortlessly masters the art of seduction.”
Reynolds who was born in Vancouver in Canada in 1976, first started his acting career back in 1991 where he starred in Canadian teen soap, Hillside and later went on to appear in other TV productions such as “Two Guys and a Girl.”
