Rebecca C Tuite coming to The National Museum of Ireland. Next month, The National Museum of Ireland will play host to author Rebecca C Tuite for an exclusive afternoon of chat about American Vogue in the 1950s.
Rebecca is a respected fashion historian, writer and author of, 1950s in Vogue: The Jessica Daves Years, 1952-1962. Rebecca’s book explores the iconic fashion magazine during this time and the oft-overlooked editor-in-chief Jessica Daves.
The English author will also discuss The connection to The Way We Wore exhibition at the National Museum of Ireland on the 17th November 2019. She will also reveal how Irish designers, such as Sybil Connolly, were embraced by American Vogue.
Rebecca’s previous work includes Seven Sisters Style: The All-American Preppy Look, which was featured in the Wall Street Journal, Paris Vogue and Vanity Fair.

Arnotts Pre-Christmas Fashion Event at Luttrellstown Castle
Dublin fashion retailer, Arnotts are hosting a morning of Fashion, Food, and Fun, in the magnificent surrounds of the VanStry Ballroom, at Luttrellstown Castle this November.
Host, Clara Halpin who is Head of Personal Shopping at Arnotts will be joined by Stylist, Jules Fallon. The pair will be on hand to offer advice about the latest fashion and beauty looks that will be modelled by some of Irelands top models!
