Try to refrain from washing your hair everyday and keep away from harsh ingredients like sulfates.
The friction from regular cotton towels can lead to frizz and breakage. Try using a t-shirt to absorb excess water without the damage.
Using blow dryers, flat irons and curling tongs can do a number on your strands. Styling with tools that are too hot, too often will affect your hair’s health.
Try to keep track of how much you use hot tools and air dry your hair whenever possible.
Sun and Salt
While we love to have fun in the sun, it doesn’t do your hair any favours. Like your skin, your hair can also be damaged from UV rays and salt water.
