From the days of kicking a ball for his local GAA club in Kerry to winning no less than 4 All-Ireland medals for his beloved county, GAA All Star, Paul Galvin is today recognised as one of Ireland’s leading Irish fashion designers who’s quirky and innovative fashion designs are favourites with modern day men of Ireland.

Retiring from county football back in 2014, Galvin decided to concentrate all of his talent in producing sophisticated fashion apparel that appeals to the more concerning fella who appreciates the fusion of classical and contemporary fashion as part of their day time and evening fashion look.

Galvin’s fashion collections really took on a look of their own where in 2017, he launched his own Peaky Blinders-inspired clothing collection for Irish fashion retailer, Dunnes Stores entitled Shelby.

The Footballer turned fashionista is enjoying real fashion success with his creative fashion collections taking regular pride of place amongst some of the other great Irish Fashion designers in the Dunnes Stores stable today that include Paul Costelloe, Joanne Hynes and Peter O’Brien.

Galvin’s current fashion collection for men at Dunnes has a funky yet avant-garde element to his spring summer line-up which includes Men’s jackets, Jumpers, jeans, T-shirts, shirts, footwear and accessories.

Paul’s ability to adapt from the playing field of football to the fashion runway is a true testament of his strength and capability to generate seasonal fashion collections that harmonise with evolving fashion trends.
