Kate Moss reveals her earliest makeup memory

Kate Moss reveals her earliest makeup memory. As the face of luxury Japanese beauty brand Decorté, iconic model Kate Moss has been revealing all her makeup must-haves and secrets.

The 45-year-old model has opened up to Vogue about makeup in the 80s, saying: “Back in the ’80s, buying a shimmer lipstick for the school disco, but I didn’t really wear make-up much in my younger years apart from when I was working. A smoky eye and a nude lip was always my go-to look.”

And the blonde beauty shared her tips for adding a bit of colour to your makeup when you’re in a bit of a rush.

She said: “When you haven’t got time to do a full look but need a bit of colour, apply your lipstick and then blot off the excess with your finger and pat onto your cheekbones – it gives an instant glow.

Kate revealed how she discovered Decorté and why she wanted to work with them.

“I was introduced to Decorté over four years ago when they approached me to be the brand ambassador and face of their campaign. They sent products for me to try, which I loved and so began our relationship. We have continued to work together on shoots and events ever since.”

She revealed her favourite piece of Decorté makeup, saying: “I love the Sheer Brilliance Tint (£90, available at Selfridges.co.uk). It has a lightweight texture and gives your skin a really even coverage whilst also working as a treatment too, firming and lifting your skin. The best bit is it has SPF 35 and so protects your skin from sun damage.
