Kate Moss covers British Vogue’s May 2019 issue. She is one of Britain’s successful models and now, Kate Moss has covered the May issue of British Vogue.
The model looks radiant in the three covers she shot for the issue, with British Vogue’s editor-in-chief Edward Enninful sharing a look at the covers on Instagram.
He wrote: “Celebrating one of the great beauties of our generation, @BritishVogue contributing editor Kate Moss stars on three special covers for the May 2019 issue of @BritishVogue on newsstands Friday 5 April.’
Writing on Vogue.co.uk, he praised the supermodel: “Put simply, Kate is one of the most stylish women ever to come out of Britain. She lives for fashion and it lives through her. She gets a feel for the clothes, puts on the right music and transforms into character after character. She is adventurous, funny, naughty, caring and very loyal.
After being discovered at only 14, Kate rose to fame in the 1990s, wit her collaborations with Calvin Klein making her a household name.
In 2013, she was honoured at the British Fashion Awards to acknowledge her contribution to the fashion industry.
She previously spoke to Harper’s Bazaar about not taking herself too seriously despite her supermodel status.
‘I think it helps that I don’t take myself too seriously. You don’t want to be a slave to beauty,” she explained.
Don’t get me wrong, I love beauty products more than ever—as you get older, you have more to hide—but I’m not obsessed.
She added: ‘Even when I’m going out, I still find it hard to wear false eyelashes and stuff. Sometimes [makeup artist] Pat McGrath will be like, “Come on, darling, let’s put a lash on you,” but I would never put one on myself.’
Her three covers for May’s issue of Vogue marks the 40th month she has fronted the cover of British Vogue, with Enninful (and the rest of us) looking ‘forward to her 41st.”
