Kevin Federline on Thursday demanded an emergency hearing to discuss child custody matters with the increasingly erratic Britney Spears.  Online gossip blog TMZ reported that only Federline and his attorney are due to appear in court, but according to a spokesperson "anything is possible."  The ex-couple have two children from their short term marriage.

Divorce proceedings were filed by Spears in early November, since when she has gone through a downward spiral, with unusual behaviour including knickerless flashes to the paparazzi, late night hard partying, head shaving, and visits to tattoo parlours.

Physical custody currently rests with Spears, but her behaviour of late has worried K-Fed enough to make a visit to the courts to demand extended custody of their children, 17 month old Sean Preston and 7 month old Jayden James.
