Rachel Bilson Knows Her Target Audience

Rachel Bilson was in NYC Friday to help open the NYC Target To-Go store, where the new Rodarte collection for the retailer debuted before it's available online as of Dec. 20. Rachel tried to keep warm despite the chilly weather while passing out bags of holiday goodies to the waiting customers. Rachel is just one of the many celebrities working with Target and their temporary shops, and in SF the honors went to Kellan Lutz.
