The rumour mill is red hot, with the promise of a movie adaptation of one of the steamiest novel's I'v ever read. Of course, I am talking about none other than the 50 Shades of Grey Trilogy, which I have recently become a massive fan of myself.

At first, I resisted the urge to purchase this erotic book, which pushes the limits of even the most overtly sexual beings. Until, purely by chance a copy of the book was given to me by an unlikely reader of the series. Not one to refuse a free book, I was at first taken aback and shocked that such an unlikely candidate would ever find pleasure flicking through the filthy sexual scenes and tourtured explicit language, of which, I had been warned about.

Upon recent completion of said novel, I am pleased to say that I now have my eyes wide open to the turbulent, dominating, painful, sexually pleasing and unreservedly apologetic world of Mr. Christian Grey. And I love it.

For those of you who have read the book, there is, no doubt a vivid image in your mind of what the sucessful, dominant, overly sexual Mr.Grey looks like.

I certainly have a picture in my mind....and it seems so does Hollywood, here is a look at the actors being considered for this steamy role.

Left to Right: Orlando Bloom, Jake Gylenhall, Channing Tatum, Robert Pattinson,  Ian Somerhalder ,Ryan Reynolds, Russell Brand and Bradley Cooper.

My own personal favourite to fit the role is 5th on the list Ian Somerhalder, with his tousled dark hair, naughty "come to bed eyes" and a smile that begs the question "just what is that boy thinking?" It is nearly a crime to think he may not be cast!

Plus, the anticipation of seeing a certain Mr. Somerhalder splashed across a cinema near me, dominating some screen siren...wearing (very little)...infact, nothing but a pair of ripped up jeans... if the book is anything to go by, has my heart racing already!
