COWELL CAN'T MAKE IT BACK TO UK FROM USA AT WEEKENDS BECAUSE THE FLYING MAKES HIM LOOK OLD

Since his departure from the UK version of X-Factor, the show seems to have lost it’s edge with a dramatic drop in viewing figures but things are going to get a lot tougher for producers with the news that Simon Cowell will not be returning to UK for the Saturday night live shows because …….. Mr Cowell reckons the jet lag from the flight makes him look old.

Cowell who is 52 is a judge on the USA version of the show which airs mid-week in the states, making it impossible for him to head back for the UK Saturday live shows here. An X-Factor show source told TV Biz: “Simon hates the way his face looks when he’s jet-lagged and that’s the real reason he will never be back. When he’s tired he gets bags and dark circles under his eyes and he hates that. You will notice when he gets off a plane he wears sunglasses to hide his eyes”. Simon who is known for his vanity wants to protect his looks as he has one of the most famous faces on the planet or so he reckons. All that now remains to be seen is if X-Factor UK can maintain it’s viewing figures especially with a new look “The Voice” planned as stiff competition from the BBC this Autumn.
