SHEEN HAS JUST UNDER 8 MILLION FOLLOWERS ON TWITTER

This has been a great week with the media for the ex Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen as he appeared on the Hollywood walk of Fame with Guns N Roses guitarist Slash. Then the rumours started circulating that his is about to join talent show, American Idol as a judge just as Steve Tyler announces he is to quit the show. Now Sheen has announced that he is to turn off his Twitter account. Charlie is about to give nearly 8 million people the fingers as he's shutting down his Twitter account.

Sources close to the former Wall Street star say @charliesheen will close up shop within days or possibly mere hours because Charlie feels like he's not getting anything out of the social network. Charlie Sheen started his Twitter page back in March 2011 in his crazed "winning" days that attracted more than a million followers in just under 48 hours. His first tweet was a picture of himself with his then-goddess Bree Olsen.
