The Scottish fashion awards ceremony certainly was an amazing event. In fact, Karl Lagerfeld and Mario Testino had some very kind words for Scottish model Stella Tennant as she was inducted into the Scottish Fashion Awards Hall of Fame. "Continue, continue, continue," Lagerfeld expressed to Tennant that he has worked with for almost 20 years, adding: "If there is one girl who is perfect for Chanel, it's Stella."
Tennant herself was wearing autumn/winter 2012-13 Christopher Kane and graced the stage to collect her amazing prize looking more than thrilled but mystified by all the fuss.
"Wow," she said of the star-studded footage from a personalized movie of herself for the event, which also featured photographer Solve Sundsbo. "That is a little different to how I think of myself. I started this job thinking it would last one season, so God knows how I am still lucky enough to be doing this." She also thanked Testino, "not only for his kind words, but for introducing me to my husband who's sitting over there".

The man who dressed her for this momentous occasion, the amazing Christopher Kane, was also honored with the night's major design award - beating his equally fabulous friends Jonathan Saunders, Louise Gray and Holly Fulton, along with Sonia Rykiel's April Crichton and Dunchamp's Gianni Colarossi for Duchamp, to the Scottish Designer of the Year prize.

The man of the moment was furthered flattered by Alexa Chung on the evening, who hosted the show and was adorned in his designs herself.
