Monica Cruz Sánchez, 35 has in the past doubled up for her older sis and in 2010 while Penelope was pregnant during the filming of “Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides”, filmmakers had to figure out methods of including Penelope in the film, but this was proving difficult given her pregnant state, so  they cleverly filmed close up shots of Penelope while hiring Monica to stand-in for long distance scenes as she appeared identical to her sister, now that’s genius!
