Even though Lauren Goodger has waved goodbye to The Only Way Is Essex to concentrate on her beauty product ranges, she admits that it was emotional filming the final episode given she was one of the original cast members. Lauren was in Dublin town last Saturday to make a personal appearance at Debenhams on Henry Street to launch "Lauren’s Way" beauty range. Fashion.ie caught up with Lauren and chatted about her beauty range.

Why did you decide to put your name to your own personal beauty range?  

I decided to put my name to it as it was something I wanted to do and I’m not promoting someone else’s brand or range like some other celebrities. I wanted to put my face to it as its my brand and worked so hard to create the range and I was so involved in the whole process. I did all the meetings and sourced the tan from start to finish.

What makes your beauty range different from other celebrities beauty ranges?                   

It’s not just a tan brand, I want to create the full look. In my salon we do everything from hair extensions, spray tan, blow drys, makeup, lashes and nails. It’s about getting the ‘Essex glam look’ and I can give my customers the look. It’s a growing range and we are adding to the range all the time

What type of age group would your beauty range most appeal to?

We have a lot of young fans, and we have princess parties in the salon and they generally start at 6 year olds.  I suppose the key ages would be 16-29 and girls that are inspired by the Essex Glam look, we also do a range of men’s spray tans and products too

What’s the best thing about having your own beauty range?      

I feel I’m very lucky. I’m very in to my fashion and beauty, and my fans and everyone can be a part of what I love

Do you have any Irish ancestry blood or relations, explain?

No not that I know of, I might do.

Do the other cast members of TOWIE use your products, explain?                   

Yes they do, they come to the salon regularly so it’s great to catch up. I see Debbie, Lydia, Kara, Frankie and Bonny a lot as they mainly come for spray tans, blow drys and spray tans for Ricky!

Have you been partying in Dublin since you got here?

 No, I am just her for the day but I hope to come back again
