H&M may certainly be renowned for their amazing collaborations but they are also extremely well known for their choices of stunning faces that front their campaigns.  There just so happens to be a very long list of beauties the label can claim to be besties with such as Daria Werbowy, Sasha Pivovarova and Liya Kebede which have all been featured in the past.

However, it now appears that the brand will be selecting none other than Lana del Rey as their gorgeous new face.  Now this lady is doing well for herself as Mulberry chose Lana as inspiration for their hit A/W’12 tote bag, the Del Rey, which over a month before it hit stores in May actually already had a large waiting list of over 1000 names.  Amazing!

Lana also knows what she is doing when it comes to scoring styling points at major events such as when she attended the Met Ball.  She not only wore a gothic ensemble by Joseph Altuzarra but she also chose him as her date for the night.  Well done Lana!    

The singer’s venture onto the fashion scene has been quite subtle but now to face H&M’s next season’s campaign would be one serious fashion statement.  If rumors are true then the shoot is being shot imminently in New York.

That means by Christmas we could be singing jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all del Ray!
