As the debate of “should media organisations publish intimate photos of Kate Middleton or not “ rages on, leading American entertainment website “TMZ.com” are claiming to have obtained a letter from YouPorn.com, offering unlimited money to the people who own what appear to be sexual pics of Kate MiddletonandPrince William. TMZ obtained a letter, sent by the owner of YouPorn to the Editor of French magazine, Closer, which published the topless photos of Princess Kate. In the letter, YouPorn head representative, Corey Price said he wants to buy the "intimate footage" the Closer Editor has been talking about. Price writes, "We feel very confident that we can show this footage legally, and would like to make you aware that we have an 'open cheque book.'" Closer magazine Editor has said she held back in publishing the "intimate" pictures, although she didn't say why.
KATE IS IN ASIA WHILE THE STORM OF HER TOPLESS PHOTOS RAGES ON AROUND THE WORLD
We at Fashion.ie, who were offered the photos at what can be said is a reasonable price, have taken the stance of refusing to run with them in our on-line magazine, on the basis that these pictures were taken in private and not in an open public place. Management here at Fashion.ie have stated “while we accept other media outlets outside the UK have decided to publish these photos. we feel that it is an invasion of someone’s privacy given the photos were taken on private property and not in the public domain. These could be photos of anyone doing what they want in private and just because these photos are members of the Royal family, does not take away from the fact that everyone regardless of who or what they are, has the right to privacy and we will not play any part in hurting people feelings or embarrassing them, royals or not”.
