It’s been hailed as one of the most anticipated movies of the year and with it's release marking 50 years of Bond movies the stars of the silver screen were out in force at the world premiere of Skyfall on Wednesday night in London.

A red carpet will always highlight emerging trends and at Skyfall it was sizzling shades of red that took precedence over other red hot carpet looks. While Bond girl Naomie Harris was en pointe in a daring Marios Schwab dress that showed off her enviable stems it was co-star Berenice Marlohe who stole her thunder in a plunging red Vivienne Westwood couture gown coupled with Steven Webster jewellery and smoky kohl lined lids.
Not to be outdone singer Holly Valance rocked a red cape and dress that accentuated her toned figure, Minnie Driver opted for a Grecian gown while Tamara Beckwith mixed it up in a hot hued pantsuit.

In a sea of C-Listers and X Factor finalists a little Hollywood glamour is welcomed and one can always count on Kelly Brook to deliver with aplomb. In what appeared to be a throw down to Marlohe in a Battle of the Cleavages, Brook wore a full length glittered gold dress which left little to the imagination up top and paired her outfit with cream clutch while incorporating the red trend into her look with vamp coloured lipstick and nails. She had competition in Mrs Bond a.k.a actress Rachel Weisz who was the very definition of demure in a light pink gown with cutout panels.

Of course one cannot talk about a Bond Red Carpet without mentioning 007 himself. Daniel Craig, who plays the spy under the reigns of director Sam Mendes won roars of approval from female fans in the crowd when he showed up in a distinguished dinner suit. The Brit who is playing Bond for the third time said that this is the best Bond premiere he's attended to date. "It's incredible," the star told the BBC. "This is my third premiere and this is the biggest and the best."
