Hollywood star, Halle Berry, goes to court today in America to try and convince the judge to let her move to Paris with her 4 year-old daughter, Nahla, despite objections from the baby’s father, Gabriel Aubry.

Berry met Aubry back in 2005 where she started dating the French-Canadian model. Halle will try to prove it's unsafe for her to continue living in America because the paparazzi have created a dangerous environment for Nahla and herself to live in. Her lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, is hoping to show the judge, video evidence that Halle and her daughter are being "terrorized" by aggressive photographers.

The trial is expected to be a video presentation, which will include a crazy scene where Halle had to call the Beverly Hills Police so she and Nahla could make an escape from a restaurant. The Swordfish star is hoping that the judge will take mercy on the way she is being harassed by the US press and will grant her to move to Paris
