Unbelievably, it has been ten years since the first single “Sound of the underground” was on the airways, and now the incredibly successful quintet of Girls Aloud, are back, and looking and sounding as fresh and fierce as they did back in 2002.

To celebrate their well-anticipated reunion, the band are releasing a new single, a greatest hits album, embarking on a tour which is entitled “Girls Aloud Ten, the Hits Tour 2013” of the U.K, and have also collaborated with jeweller giant and tour sponsor Pandora, to create five individual charm bracelets which reflect each singer’s personal journey with the group.
The girls all cited individual special memories and occasions as their inspiration for designing the unique bracelets, for example Cheryl Cole, used her experience of performing at the Queen’s Jubilee earlier this summer, and her bracelet features a sterling silver crown charm as the centre-piece.
Kimberley Walsh’s bracelet is two-toned to illustrate her love of luxury and sophistication, with the openwork star charms featuring gold and diamond accents to highlight indulgence. Sarah Harding chose chunky sterling silver and coloured pavé charms to reflect her punk-rock, fashion-forward style.
The ever girly Nadine Coyle shows her very feminine personality through the 5 clip bracelet, while fashionista Nicola Roberts' design of a woven leather band channels the boho-chic and casual but edgy look which the singer herself tends to favour.
Should the commemorative designs catch your eye, at the hefty price-tags, it’s best to put them on your Christmas wish-list. The bracelets start at €342 (£279) for Sarah Harding’s design and go up to a crazy €1,350 (£1,100) for Kimberly Walsh’s creation.
However, should these mouth dropping prices make you cringe, there are also “beginner bracelets” available, which have the clips and some of the charms chosen by each G.A member and encourage customers to “build up” to a full bracelet over time...(again the Christmas excuse will come in handy) and these start at €121 (£99)
