X Factor Henchman, Simon Cowell has hired a new talent spotter to pick acts for this year’s X Factor and amazingly enough she resembles (in looks anyway) his ex-missus Mezhgan Hussainy. Layla Manoochehri was previously notable for being the girlfriend of Simon Webbe who used to be in boyband, Blue. She broke up with Simon back in 2011 and later went on the reach the finals of the fifth season of The X Factor in the UK as a member of the group “Girlband”.

Layla also managed to come runner-up in the trashy reality TV show “The Bachelor”. Her new appointment is a privileged position for someone without any experience for spotting talent if her Curriculum Vitae is anything to go by and a big shock to a lot of the staff at Simon’s Syco company where she is now employed.

We are sure that the 26 year old beauty will make good eye-candy for Cowell who split from his Fiancée Mezhgan back in 2011 because he thought she was “too needy” which roughly translated means she wanted to commit to a relationship and Cowell didn’t. Needless to say it will be interesting to see how this “working” relationship works out between Cowell and Layla.
