The Blake

Well if Blake Lively does in fact become the next Carrie Bradshaw then doing her homework with French shoe designer and BFF Christian Louboutin may be a very good move.  The Gossip Girl star has explained ‘When I’m going to an event, I’ll send Christian [Louboutin] a picture of my outfit and say, ‘What shoes do you think I should wear with this?’ Convenient!

Now hold on a second, Blake is famously one of the only women in Hollywood not to have a stylist but having Christian Louboutin on tap is cheating a little don’t you think? 

They first met at a fashion shoot for US Vogue in Paris and have been inseparable ever since.  Louboutin has even put a fashion stamp on their friendship by naming a pair of his beautiful famous heels ‘The Blake’ after she had a personal tour of his atelier.   

So at this point Blake has a plethora of these amazing shoes, not just as gifts from the man himself but also because she is a true fan and famously purchased a whooping 40 pairs of heels in one shopping spree at the New York sample sale. She has even displayed her loyalty by dressing as Louboutin's signature shoe sole, thanks to a red leather coat, and has sported the designer's bizarre animal paw toes.

So between her Pigalle snakeskin shoes and her Altadama suede platform peeptoe pumps, hands up who wants this girl’s life.
