Focusing on print and texture; all pieces are designed in a wash of warm colours in an autumnal palette with statement pieces in dominant prints and unique textures. Tones fuse into wearable prints for an easy-to-wear and adaptable look. If summer ’12 was the season of colour injection, the new season is all about prints. One of the biggest trends across womenswear for AW12 was the Orient with Bielle offering distinct flavours of eastern promise with the PROMETHEUS jumpsuit in red and black conceptualising the use of colour and print or Navajo and Patagonian influences with the PINCH dress in navy and pink, ETHNIC dress and gaucho inspired KNIT vest in brown and black bringing you on a global tribal adventure.

ROSEMARY DRESS

Opulence is a key trend running through the collection with rich tones and decadent detailing. The ALGAE dress is a standout hero dress within the collection. In a dark black tone or delicate blush colour, its sumptuous sequined swirls dominate with ruffles and tulle. Eighties futurism is clear to see in the dominant silhouette of the STELLA dress in blue and red, with squared shoulders and oversized skirt ,it is clear that minimalism is out and decadence is here to stay. There’s an air of the roaring 1920s with Gatsby fringing and art deco print evident on the FRINGE dress in black and brown with renaissance baroque and faberge prints taking precedence in the GWYNETH and PORCELAIN dresses adding a delicate yet lavish blend of extravagance.
