TV beauty is unveiled as the face of this year’s festival as the countdown to the city’s biggest fashion celebration kicks off. TV stunner, Amanda Byram, is made a special return to Irish shores to host the launch of the Dublin Fashion Festival (DFF), which takes place from 6th – 9th September 2012.

As this year’s official face of the festival, Amanda will return to Dublin town in September to take part in the packed DFF programme which includes on-street fashion shows across the city, in-store events and the chance to get a start on your Autumn Winter wardrobe. This year’s festival is presented to the city by DublinTown.ie will see two new additions to the programme – the DFF Creative Quarter fashion show and DFF by Night.  The Creative Quarter fashion show on Friday, 7th September will take place on the steps of the iconic Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, celebrating the fashion talent in the Clarendon Street to South Great George’s Street area.

DFF by Night will continue the high street festivities after dark, with bars and restaurants across the city putting on special fashion events, with guerilla fashion shows and stylish cocktails to help add to the festival feel.
